RPVH Inspection and Repair System


ARCHER ARCHER is designed to provide eddy current and ultrasound examinations of reactor pressure vessel head penetrations by use of various test modules and to perform automated surface repair of J-groove weld and tube outside surface below the weld on both PWR and VVER type of nuclear power plant.

LANCER LANCER is designed to satisfy all requirements related to RPV examination as well as remedial activities. Inspection equipment is capable to perform remote underwater ultrasound testing using contact technique, eddy current and visual testing, taking specimens and grinding action or other corrective action.

Piping Inspection Robot – Zenith

Piping Inspection Robot – Zenith ZENITH is a flexible, self-driven, remotely controlled robot designed for the ultrasonic, eddy current and visual inspection of the unpiggable pipelines. Different modules provide inspection of carbon steel and/or austenitic steel pipelines from 80 mm ID and from 1.5 diameter elbows. It is self-driven device capable for inspection of entire pipeline length even in vertical configuration.
