The Compact Plus is the ideal device for pipe inspection surveys that need to be conducted in a speedy and easy manner and require only documentation, such as images and videos with freely entered texts. Images (in JPEG format) and Videos (in MPEG2 format) are stored directly onto a 32 GB USB thumb drive. The meter count is not only displayed on screen, but also in the video and in images and is a standard feature.
The Compact Plus is suited for both indoor and outdoor inspections. Its 8 inch, daylight viewable monitor simply adjusts to the ambient light and displays a clear live image even in direct sunlight.Depending on the operating position, the monitor can be tilted at various angles. The monitor cover protects the display during transport and serves as a sun shield during inspection. The integrated battery pack allows for up to three hours of battery-powered inspection. The battery is fully recharged after only two hours and ready for its next use. Full system consists of compact plus, push cameras, reels, accessories and software.
Featuring a diameter of 27 mm, this camera is non-detachably connected to its reel and is suited for inspections of pipe dimensions of DN 40 and up. 3 equal-white LEDs guarantee the optimal illumination of the pipe. The 2.2 mm super wide-angle lens is enclosed by epoxide resin and stainless steel. This material composition reduces tension on the panes and makes the K-28 more robust.
This camera can be used to survey pipes of DN50 and up. It features 12 white high brightness LEDs, a fixed focus and a super wide-angle lens of 2.2 mm, which is in focus in the range of 3 cm to 30 cm. In combination with a centering sleeve, the camera‘s span of application is extended to diameters of DN70 and up, and in connection with a centering trolley to diameters of even DN100 and up.
The K-50 easily navigates pipe bends of 87° in pipes of DN70 and up. The self-leveling mechanism provides a constant upright image. 16 high brightness LEDs guarantee an optimal illumination of the pipe. When used with a centering sleeve, the camera is also well suited for inspecting pipe dimensions up to DN200.
The K-50D is the first digital-pan camera used for inspecting dimensions starting at DN70. The camera can be operated in two modes. The complete picture mode displays the entire viewable pipe area on screen; the tele mode captures an image section and zooms in on it. To look at the section from all angles, it can now be virtually panned. Flashing LEDs facilitate the outstanding quality of the always-upright image, thus ensuring that a still image can be taken from any video image. Furthermore, the integrated locating transmitter allows for the localization of the camera K-50D in any pipe at any time.
With the pan and tilt camera K-70 the nominal diameter can be detected at any time.
The well-proven pan and tilt camera is suitable for pipes of DN100 and up. It features an infinite pan range, a high tilt range of +/- 115° and 10 white high-power LEDs, which ensure the optimal illumination of the pipe‘s depth. The motor-driven focus and the brightness can be controlled manually. Using the automatic mode, brightness is adapted according to the lighting conditions. The camera is filled with air which creates an internal pressure of 1 bar. The basic device’s software surveys the pressure and displays any discrepancy.
The K-70 features two high-grade laser diodes for exact measurements of the pipe diameter or the width of cracks during inspection. Furthermore, it is equipped with a locating transmitter which allows the inspector to localize the camera at any time.
CamFlex® is THE camera for the inspection and measurement of complex pipe networks.
The always upright image guarantees the optimal orientation during inspection. The brightness is adapted according to the lighting conditions, thus ensuring an ideal illumination of the pipe. Of course, both brightness and focus can also be controlled manually. Via joystick the camera can easily be bent from a straight position up to a 90° angle, ensuring that nearly all laterals from DN100 to DN200 can be moved into. Even 90° bends are smoothly navigated by the camera from DN125 and up. At specific positions the integrated sensors capture all data that is needed to create a three-dimensional pipe plan. Using Profi 3+ the operator can make a slope measurement, detect the dimension of laterals and measure the angle of bends and branches.
Reels do not only connect basic device and camera, they also ensure the needed push performance and flexibility. Each type of reel is perfectly adapted to one camera and its according range of pipe diameters.
When equipped with the centering sleeve, the K-35 is suited for the inspection of pipes from DN 70. The centering trolley even allows for the inspection of dimensions between DN 100 and DN 150.
When used with the centering sleeve, the K-50 camera is also well suited for inspecting pipe dimensions up to DN 200.
The centering trolley is suited for the cameras K-70/K-70L in pipe diameters from DN 150 to DN 300. The 12 wheels ensure a steady push operation. They also elevate and, therefore, protect the camera in the pipe
To evaluate projects, simply choose from one or more standards depending on the selected operating language. During import, a list with all markings of a pipe or sewer section and the corresponding video image will be displayed. Once a marking is checked, an observation can be entered with the help of select lists and a few quick entry buttons. Something vital was missed during recording or inapplicable information was entered? No problem at all. Markings can simply be deleted or added.
