Current Vacancy

Role Definition:- Inspection Engineer/NDT Technician is the ambassador of company at site. He will be
responsible for carrying out inspection activities at site without compromising in safety and quality.

Responsibility Deliverable:

  •  End-to-End Job Execution
  •  Site Reports preparation on-time

 

Task & Activities:

 

1. Inspection at site

  • Should have sufficient skills and technical knowledge to set up and calibrate equipment and to
    interpret and evaluate results with respect to applicable codes, standards, and specifications for
    which he is qualified.
  • Should be technically sound to communicate with client/TPI at site in a professional manner.
  • Should be able to troubleshoot and innovate at site based on situational requirements.
  • Is responsible for the equipment and accessories used for inspection and should be brought back
    without any damage or repairs.
  • To travel on site to carry out inspection work as and when required.
  • To co-ordinate with team members, site lead, team leads, OM for effective job execution at site.
  • Is responsible for the reports of the job done and should be submitted within the timeline without delays.

 

2. Safety at site

  • Should be responsible for ensuring complete safety and security at site.
  • Should have knowledge about the PPE requirements (Mandatory/Optional) at different sites.
  • Should have knowledge about the safety protocols to be followed before starting, during and after
    completing any inspection activity at site.
  • To operate the equipment as per operating manuals and procedures.

 

3. Regularly updating skills

  • Should have the willingness and ability to update his skills based on the requirements of the
  • Should have the flexibility and knowledge to work in different methods/ techniques.

 

When assigned the role of site lead:

  • To ensure the job is executed within the agreed timelines.
  • To fill the Job Card completely with Client’s signature and stamp and submit the same to Operations
  • To co-ordinate with client, team members, site lead, team leads, OM. for effective job execution
    at site.
  • To ensure daily reporting of job status to team lead/OM/HOD
  • To submit the preliminary reports to client, on site, daily or before leaving the site.
  • To co-ordinate with the client w.r.t. documentation formalities such as gate passes, material entry
    and exit on site, work permits, safety training, police verification certificates etc.

 

Qualification:

Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering) with relevant NDT LEVEL 2 certification

Tasks & Activities: Front Office Management

  • Cleanliness & Housekeeping in reception area and entire office premises

Manage Phone calls

  • Handling and responding to calls.
  • Handle Mail and correspondence
  • Customer calls to concerned person.

Visitors Management

  • Managing visitors with good hospitality
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office

Housekeeping Management

  • Keep checking on the housekeeping activities, maintain cleaning checklist.
  • Ensure deep cleaning and supervise housekeeping for cleanliness of entire facility.
  • Maintenance of plants

Conference Room bookings

  • Manage conference room booking records.

Logistics & Courier Management

  • Booking for pick ups of couriers / parcels
  • Co-ordinating with couriers’ services. Sending couriers and maintaining the registers accordingly
  • Maintain proper Inward and Outward registers
  • Follow ups for tracking couriers daily
  • Vendor Development and cost comparison of courier vendors
  • Booking of porters and V- fast for Transports of Goods

Travel coordination

  • Coordination with staff at the office and on-site for travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating Ticket bookings.
  • Booking tickets as per the requisition and approvals.

Display Management

  • Display – Birthday Wishes, Motivational quotes & Welcome message for guest.

AMC Repairs & Scrap Management 

  • Conduct repair and maintenance of office Infrastructure.
  • Ensure timely AMC of AC, Pest control, water dispenser, chairs, etc.
  • Co-ordinating with teams for timely collection of scraps
  • Co-ordinating with scrap vendors for rates and selling it.

Petty Cash & Card Management

  • Checking of statement with associated bills
  • Statement of cards sending to accounts before due date.
  • Managing petty cash for Porters and logistic booking.
  • Co-ordination with operation team for booking mode of transport.

Pantry Maintenance

  • Supervise pantry activities.
  • Maintain stock of pantry supplies

Issuing Punch Card

  • Issuing punch cards to new joinee
  • Collecting punch card of exit employee on last working day
  • Taking sign of employee on NO Due Form

Measurement Metrics 

  • No. of visitors handled
  • No. of defects in couriers
  • No. of tickets booked
  • Facility Management
